Sternberg, Frank AG. Complete Set of Auction Catalogs. Lot includes a complete run of numismatic auction catalogs produced by Frank Sternberg, from the first sale on November 30, 1973 to the last sale on October 29, 2000. Not includes are sales numbered 30, 33 and 34 which were sales conducted with other firms and are not part of the Sternberg run of sales. Lot also includes the one Mail Bid sale the firm conducted in 1999. All as issued either with printed card covers or heavy boards. These sales are particularly noted for their interesting and rare Roman issues, for which Frank Sternberg had a fondness for. A very important series of catalogs, and a must for anyone with an interest in Roman numismatics. Overall Fine or better copies.
