CHINA. Dollar, ND (1912). PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder.
L&M-45; K-639e; Y-321.1; WS-0091. Li Yuan Hung without hat. "TIIE" (Crossbar of the "H" in "THE" missing). A terrific example of this highly desirable early Republic type; a coin which is missing from most collections. A mostly white obverse with faint woodgrain textured tone giving testament to the fully original status of the coin. Significant amounts of luster bounce off the surfaces, especially the crisp portrait, consistent with the lofty assigned grade. The reverse is a bit darker, sporting variegated tea color tone and razor sharp devices and legends. The missing crossbar "H" is bold and rigid, fully exhibiting the variety without the need of magnification. PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder.
Estimate: $7000.00- $10000.00
