CHINA. Dollar, Year 3 (1914)-O. PCGS MS-66 Secure Holder.
L&M-63c; K-648; Y-329.4; WS-0174-2. "Triangle Yuan". Hidden "O" mintmark in left loop of ribbon. Highest numeric graded piece at PCGS; tied with nine others including a single example with the plus designation. None seen in uncirculated at NGC. Extremely bold "O" within the ribbon that is easily seen without magnification. Nearly flawless surfaces which provide an uncompromising launch to the rose, blue and amber tone. A bit lighter at the centers, the overall look of the piece is simply stunning. For those collectors already owning an example, a terrific opportunity to upgrade the collection, as there is little chance you already own one that comes anywhere close to what is seen here.
