L&M-217; K-71a; Y-145a.1; WS-0797. Dragon with relief eyes. Die wear perhaps more responsible for the grade than actual circulation, overall an attractive straight graded piece. Underlying subtle luster that is coated with variegated tone, a number of die cracks are also evident, especially on the reverse, that at a minimum lend added authenticity to the piece. A very desirable example of the issue from this far eastern province. NGC EF-45.
