Marienburg-7170; Li-pg. 102. Uniformed bust of Kaiser Wilhelm II right; Reverse: Map of China and the Yellow Sea. Large bust. Vastly nicer than most seen, the ultra cameo designation really sets this medal apart from the few other examples extant. The nearly untoned color is an added bonus, with vibrant lustrous unbroken frost on the portrait and map. Glossy hard mirrors define the fields, with very little in the way of marks or abrasions.
