(S/M#O5-) Harbin branch. A note which we have handled in the past, but have not seen in the last few years. It is a piece of extreme beauty being printed by Bradbury Wilkinson & Co. The color is splendid with the borders consisting of large multi-colored guilloches. Heavy with geometric features throughout and seen with opposing dragons between a central dragon. Verso design which rivals the face in terms of color with facing dragons between vignette of a bank building with pearl of wisdom above. Bold signatures and well embossed serial number improve the appeal with the circulation being highly minor with only a few corner tip folds visible through the encapsulation surface.
