Specimen overprints, serial numbers and punch cancels. This challenging design type is scarce in any form and rare in issued form at the Choice Uncirculated grade and above. Terrific color and detail throughout with particular focus on the appealing vignette of QEII at left. Just some mounting remnants at the top border which PMG mentions as "Light Discoloration Along Top Margin" in the comments section of the holder. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
