The first we have seen or handled for this rare catalog number and a catalog number likely missing in even the most comprehensive collections. All notes on French India are scarce and pieces prior to the without decrets series are exceptionally so. The 10 Roupies offered here still retains pleasing blue color and detail while suffering from some edge and internal tears. Overall attractive for the technical grade and item that may make our estimate seem conservative. Very Good.
