This highly important offering will certainly grab attention from advanced collectors as it represents a design that was nearly completed, yet never adopted. The format size is very large, and the detail of the engraving is simply stunning. Similar traits to the final issued notes of the time period produced by Duval, with particular similarities on the back design. Penned watermark figure at lower left and seen with just some light folds due to improper storage and pinholes with the latter mentioned by PMG in the comments section of the holder.
