Edward VII, halfcrown, 1905, bare head r., rev. crowned shield of arms within Garter (S.3980; ESC.750), authenticated and graded by PCGS as Mint State 64, sharply struck including on the reverse shield, sheathed in delicate silvery-grey toning, with almost entirely unblemished surfaces; very rare in this exalted condition - essentially as struck and clearly among the finest known examples of this date. Only one other example graded in MS64 by NGC or PCGS. (£8000 - 10000)
