Congo Free State - Leopold II "R.D. Belges" 5 Francs 1887 MS65 NGC, KM-8.1. An incredible selection with an obverse that presents smoky central color and a ring of rainbow tone that circles the legend. The reverse is equally appealing but is essentially argent-white in nature, with the beginnings of patina surrounding the outer periphery. With a small mintage figure of 8,000 pieces, this sublime Gem is absolutely eye-appealing, and in this premium quality, well-deserving of a premium bid.
