Norodom I gold 25 Centimes 1860 MS65 NGC, possibly struck in Phnom Penh in 1899, restrike from old dies used for striking silver patterns, Bruce-Pn6, Fr-6. Fully brilliant with the normal crude strike seen with most all of the 1860 gold issues. Close examination reveals the obvious appearance of striking from rusty dies. Very rare.
