Approaching the quality of a proof striking with deep reflectivity throughout the obverse and reverse fields in addition to a sharp strike and lightly frosted central devices that produce a pleasing cameo effect. Certainly, one of the finer survivors of this popular "military" type we've seen, and for the collector seeking an example of the type without "paying up" for a proof, quite possibly as appealing an example as one is bound to locate.
