The Pompeians. Cnaeus Pompey Jr. Summer 46-Spring 45 BC. AR Denarius (18mm, 3.68 g, 8h). Corduba mint; M. Poblicius, legatus pro praetore. Helmeted head of Roma right / Hispania standing right, holding shield and two spears, presenting palm frond to Cn. Pompey who is standing left on prow. Crawford 469/1e; CRI 48a; Sydenham 1035a; RSC 1a (Pompey the Great). VF, toned, struck slightly off center.
