Obv: Crude head of lion left.
Rev: Monogram within incuse square.

The monogram on the reverse of this type matches other tetartemoria from Magnesia, though they feature the head of an eagle on the obverse, which this clearly does not match. Extremely rare.

Condition: Very fine.
