IhS XRS REX - REGNANTIUM (five-pointed star) Christ, nimbate, seated facing, wearing chiton, raising right hand in benediction and holding book of gospels in his left. Rev. bASILIOS ET CONSTANT' AVGG' b' Crowned facing busts of Basil, with short beard and loros, and Constantine, beardless and wearing chlamys; holding, in their right hands, patriarchal cross between them. DOC 2c. SB 1704. A lovely, well struck example. A few almost invisible marks, otherwise, good extremely fine.
