Pherai. Early to mid 4th century BC. Chalkous (Bronze, 13mm, 2.24 g 6). Head of Ennodia to left, wearing earring in the form of a cornucopiae (?). Rev. ΦΕΡΑΙ-ΟΝ Lion's head fountain spout to right, pouring forth water. BCD II, Triton XV, 691.2 (same dies). SNG Alpha Bank 259. Clear and well-struck with an attractive, dark patina. About extremely fine.
