THE ALFRED FRANKLIN COLLECTION OF ANCIENT COINS, GREEK SILVER COINS, Euboia, Eretria (c.340-338 BC), Silver Drachm, head of the nymph Euboia facing left, wearing an earring, rev EY, head and neck of a bull facing three-quarters to right, draped with an ornamental fillet, a bunch of grapes on right, 3.83g, 12h (Wallace, ANSNNM 134, 1956, pl. VII, 69, this coin). Light double-striking on the obverse, attractive style, cabinet toning, about extremely fine.
