WORLD MEDALS. France. Lot of eleven (11) CU and WM medals. Includes: issues ranging from the First Empire to Second Republic, with most being issues of the latter period. A good mixture of original and restrike issues. The medal commemorating Louis XVI has collector's number on reverse in India ink. The medal of Louis Philippe commemorating the foundation of the Musée Historique de Versailles has original mounting removed. Some have evidence of prior cleaning. Medals VF to EF, some with evidence of prior cleaning. LOT SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. Eleven (11) coins in lot.
