SCANDINAVIA. 11th century AD. AR Penny (19mm, 1.11 g, 12h). Imitation of Cnut Helmet type. Copying an issue of the Norwich mint. Bust left, wearing pointed helmet; trefoil-tipped scepter before / Voided short cross, limbs united at base by two concentric circles with pellet in center; in each angle, broken annulet enclosing pellet. Malmer – (but cf. dies 801-3/5801-6 for types). Good Fine, find patina.
