SICILY, Syracuse. Second Democracy. 466-405 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 17.29 g, 3h). Struck circa 425-420 BC. Charioteer driving quadriga right; above, Nike flying left, crowning charioteer / Head of Arethousa right, hair in sakkos; four dolphins around. Boehringer Series XXIII, 706 (V346/R480); HGC 2, 1322. Good VF, toned, hint of underlying luster, a couple die breaks on reverse.
