Bogota, Colombia, 2 decimos, 1867, five-point stars, encapsulated NGC MS 62, with WINGS gold sticker. With luster in its legends, this well-struck piece is exceptional for the two-year type. Lissner did not have one and Dana Roberts' was inferior. Acquired from Alvaro Gonzalez, ca. 1973-1975.
