JOSEPHUS EMANUEL A GOYENECHE AREQUIPENSIS ORIGINE; reverse with long inscription inside legend MUNICIPIUM POTOSI IN GRATULATIONEM ASSERTORIS LIBERTATIS PATRIAE A 1811. Darkly toned and almost devoid of wear, just a few minor marks in the ample open fields on obverse.
