German woodcut engraving of Manilla galleons entitled "Schlacht fur Manille" (early 1600s), copied from Theodor de Bry (1528-1598). 13" x 7" (image size 7-1/4" x 5-1/2"). A highly detailed scene of two galleons at battle with other ships (and even a Chinese junk) in the background, also curiously with a giant squid at bottom left, the rest of the document (including the back) with Old German printed text, the paper rather light and lightly foxed but without folds or tears.
