British Mechanics' Magazine article from the May 28, 1825, issue entitled "Plan for the Preservation of Shipwrecked Seamen," by Captain G.W. Manby, including several small engravings throughout. 8-1/2" x 5". Sixteen-page article with various methods and tools for saving people at sea, in very nice condition with only minor foxing.
