Egypt; Egyptian Order of the Nile; 4th Class by Lattes of Cairo - 4th Class breast badge by J. Lattes, Cairo, 52mm., silver, silver-gilt and enamel, in case of issue, extremely fine. - and RARE in box, complete with sash of issue. The Order of the Nile (Kiladat El Nil) is Egypt's highest state honor. The award was instituted in 1915 by Sultan Hussein Kamel to be awarded by Egypt for exceptional services to the nation.
