Bronze medallion 231-235, Æ 50.32 g. IMP CAES M AVREL SEV ALEX – ANDER PIVS FELIX AVG Laureate and draped bust r. Rev. PERPETVITAS IMP – AVG Jupiter seated l, holding sceptre and presenting the Emperor with a globe; in the background, two praetorians armed with spears. CNI 190 var. (bust also cuirassed). Gnecchi 10 var. (bust also cuirassed.).
Extremely rare. A spectacular medallion with most of its original gilding still visible.
