VICTORI – Λ ΛVGGG Z Emperor standing facing, holding long cross in r. hand and Victory on globe in l., stepping on head of human-headed, coiled snake; on sides, R – M. In exergue, COMOB. Very rare. Extremely fine


This issue is attributed to the Burgunds or to the Franks by Kent (op. cit), while Wroth attributed it to the Vandals and precisely to Gaiseric.
