SICILY, Akragas. Circa 400-380 BC. Æ Hemilitron (26mm, 15.34 g, 9h). Horned head of young river god Akragas left, wearing tainia / Eagle standing left, head right, on Ionic capital; crab to left, six pellets (mark of value) to right. CNS 89; HGC 2, 139. Good VF, thick green patina with some light roughness, patch of some smoothed red encrustation on reverse.
