His laureate head right; L VERVS AVG ARM PARTH MAX / Aequitas standing left, holding scales and cornucopia; TR P VII IMP IIII COS III. RIC III 576 (Marcus Aurelius). RSC 297. Good Very Fine; sharply struck, bold high relief portrait; well centered; lightly toned. David Sear calls him "a weak man addicted to pleasure" and speculates that "his death in 169 was a relief to his senior partner."
