Very Fine; struck on interesting broad flan with flaw on obverse and deep indent on reverse. In this era, the gorgon was widely used to ward off evil. The anchor and crayfish reflect the city's maritime economy, and this anchor is one of the first such modern designs to appear in Greek art.
