Great Britain. Double Florin, 1887. S.3922; ESC-394; KM-763. Victoria. Obverse 'Jubilee' portrait of Queen left by Joseph Edgar Boehm (1834-1890). Reverse, crowned cruciform shields. Roman I in date. With a pretty tone, this is an appealing example of an unusual denomination which was sadly abandoned after only four years. NGC graded MS-64. Estimated Value $175 - 200
