Great Britain. Diamond Jubilee medal struck in silver, 1897. BHM-3506. 55 mm. Victoria, 1837-1901. Obverse, T. Brock's 'Old Head' portrait of Queen left in veil and coronet. Reverse Wyon's young portrait of Queen with olive branch below. Beautifully unsullied frosted original surfaces and a pleasant grey-blue tone. Few examples have survived in the condition of this piece. Comes with perfect original gold embossed box. NGC graded In jumbo holder, MS-65. Estimated Value $150 - 175
