China Nanking Military Government 10 Cents 1936 Pick 461A. An uncommon note, based off the design of a Farmer's Bank of China 10 Cents note. The back, which is based off of a Central Bank of China note, states it is a Safe Conduct Pass, which was distributed by the Nanking Military Government, which is more well known as the Reorganized National Government of the Republic of China, or Nanking Nationalist Government, which was a puppet Japanese government led by Wang Jingwei.
