Strack-453 must be right to say peacock standing on scepter, since the knobs at the ends of the scepter are clearly rendered e.g. on the aureus BM-471 pl. 10.10. Cohen, followed by RIC and BMC, says peacock walking r., misinterpreting the scepter as a groundline. . aEF (250)
