Byzantine bronze coins (7), comprising Manuel I (1143-80), Tetarteron, Thessalonica, Manuel facing, rev. cross with X at centre, on three steps (Sear 1976; Hendy pl.17, 15-16), another, similar, but rev. nimbate bust of St George facing (Sear 1975; Hendy pl.17, 13-14), together with Billon Trachies of Alexius III (Sear 2012), Latin empire, and Michael VIII (1261-82), the Virgin enthroned facing between two B's, rev. Michael and the Archangel Michael standing facing (Sear 2263), together with an AR Quarter Hyperpyron of Manuel II (cf. Sear 2552 and LPC p.60, 2), and an AE Follaro of John VIII (LPC 4), fine to almost very fine (7).
