Faustina Junior. Augusta, AD 147-175. Æ Sestertius (32mm, 23.34 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, circa AD 147-150. Draped bust right, wearing band of pearls around head / Venus standing left, holding apple and rudder, around which dolphin is coiled. RIC III 1388c (Pius); Banti 137 var. (break in obv. legend). Good VF, dark green patina, some brown and red, flan crack, a couple minor rough spots.
