BRITISH. Miscellaneous. Lot of fourteen (14) 18th century evasion coppers & five (5) tokens. Includes: English and Irish evasion halfpenny tokens of the types that circulated in colonial America. Two are severely cut down (farthings). Lot also includes two (2) George Washington copper tokens (1783 and undated double bust), two (2) U.S. Hard Times tokens, and one (1) 1832 Province of Nova Scotia copper halfpenny token. An interesting lot for the specialist. Good to VF, one of the evasion coppers has bronze disease. LOT SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. Nineteen (19) coins in lot.
