Mysia, Lampsakos. 4th-3rd centuries B.C. AE 11 (11.4 mm, 1.63 g, 12 h). Bearded male head right / [Λ-A-M], forepart of Pegasos right; trident below. BMC 67; SNG Cop 215; SNG France -; SNG von Aulock -. aVF, green patina.

The standard references do not agree on who is depicted on the obverse, they are divided between Zeus and Poseidon. The trident control mark on this coin, as well as the known dolphin type, would indicate Poseidon. But other controls include: grain ear, star, and head of Helios.
