CARTHAGE, First Punic War. Circa 264-241 BC. Æ Dishekel (27mm, 15.14 g, 10h). Mint on Sardinia. Wreathed head of Tanit left / Horse head right; Punic mem before, pellet(?) below. CNP 248ar; MAA 58o; SNG Copenhagen 201. Fine, dark green and brown patina with touches of red, some roughness and cleaning scratches.

From the J. P. Righetti Collection, 20.

If there is indeed a pellet below the horse's head on the reverse, and not just a flan or metal flaw, then this is an unlisted variety.
