This particular specimen is a mismatch of both the KM# 105.2 106.3 and does not qualify in any of these two references. KM # 106.3 lists as without Sultan for the type but this specimen clearly shows on top the persian script azam and in second line khuld allahu talaa which comes before sultanahu (missed from the flan).
