Silesia-Liegnitz-Brieg. Georg Wilhelm 1-1/4 Taler 1675-SK AU58 NGC, Brieg mint, engraved by Samuel Koller, KM536, Dav-488 (LS). A broad type struck in a very unusual denomination, this rare issue marks the passing of Georg Wilhelm, whose lack of an heir left the duchy to pass into Hapsburg control for about a century prior to its annexation by Prussia.
