George V Proof "Canberra Parliament House" Florin 1927-(m) PR66 NGC, Melbourne mint, KM31. Mintage: 400. One of the finest examples of this rare proof issue extant, and currently the single finest example graded by NGC. More important than its premium Gem designation however is the present coin's impressive overall appearance. Reflective as one might expect, the surfaces are also rather pleasingly toned, with instances of pastel color on each side. On the lower reverse, that tone intensifies a bit and is more russet in appearance. The strike is pinpoint and no marks or careless handling are observed. Altogether, an coin that is certain to bring great pleasure to its next owner.
