People's Republic Bi-Metallic Proof 500 Yuan 1995 PR67 Ultra Cameo NGC, KM728, Cheng page 169, #1, PAN-241a, 5 oz. gold & 2 oz silver. Obv. Temple of Heaven in gold center within outer silver ring. Rev. Two Panda's beside a stream. Visually stunning, with the contrasting medals and brilliant, prooflike surfaces. Housed in an NGC jumbo holder, this rare bi-metallic issue is #85 of the minuscule mintage of 199 pieces. These large gold and silver issues seem to be among the more elusive People's Republic issues. This lot comes with the original custom wooden case, but no COA.
