DVX KAROLVS BVRGVNDVS, laureate head right / Ram (the Fleece) couchant between two briquets inscribed VELLVS AVREVM, with a flint darting sparks on either side; above and below, IE LAI EMPRINS BIEN EN AVIENGNE; all on a field semé with sparks; all within a wreath. Kress 223. VF, brown surfaces, flan split as made, pierced for suspension.
