SPAIN. Early 19th century. Scale and weights. Balance scale with pans. Includes five brass weights: 1 ounce, 1/2 ounce, 1/4 ounce, 1/8 ounce, and 1/16 ounce. All housed in an ovoid wooden case with paper explanation on underside of lid. Dimensions of case: 15.5 x 7.1 x 2.6cm. Case broken in areas and with some scattered scratches and tape residue.
