KM-152; Gad-88. VERY RARE. Small bust, full legends, the scarcer of the two varieties for this year. From the Sun King's first full year of reign, and in spectacular condition for the denomination and type. Vastly more elusive than the Louis XIV gold coinage from this decade, his silver minor coinage in this kind of condition is nearly unheard of. Medium toned with appealing blue coloration in the fields and sharp devices and legends. An absolute jewel of a coin. NGC EF-45.
