Fr-547; KM-721.1; Gad-1105. CONDITION RARITY. Population of three with none finer at NGC and PCGS combined. Charles X ascended the throne on September 16 of 1824, hence this coin would necessarily have been struck late in that same year. Seen less than 10% as often (in any condition) at the grading services than the more available 1830 date, and thus much more desirable. A fantastic example with nearly flawless rims, a bold strike, and boundless exuberant luster.
