ITALY. Papal States. Parma. Scudo d'Oro, ND. Paul III (1534-49). NGC EF Details--Planchet Flaw.
Fr-412; Berman-957; Muntoni-157. Well struck with no doubling on a flan with only a slight wave. The planchet defect which garnered this piece it's details designation is apparent on the obverse just in front of Athena's leg where a slight lamination has occurred but is still intact. Full legible legends throughout and only a few small areas of weakness. Some mild orange toning near rim. NGC EF Details--Planchet Flaw.
