ITALY. Tuscany. 5 Lire, 1804. PCGS MS-64+ Secure Holder.
C-48; Gig-16; Mont-250. Unlike the larger 10 Lire (a denomination with the same conjoined portraits) the 5 Lire only saw two years of production, this being the final year. The only and hence finest graded piece at PCGS. Exceptionally well struck with the portrait exhibiting high relief qualities. Attractive clear champagne tone on the obverse, a bit more colorful on the reverse. Overall, highly attractive, and meant for a collection of other finest known Tuscany coinage. PCGS MS-64+ Secure Holder.
Estimate: $2800.00- $3200.00
